Tennis Store App Prototype
Personal project. Design & Research for an online store App
With this prototype my goal was to design very modern and simplistic UI to ensure intuitive, fun and satisfying User Experience. My design decisions are based on user and competitor research and also on best practices of user-centric UI-design.
User flow:

After several user interviews and analyzing similar apps on the market, I created a main user flow based on two key user stories

User story 1:
«As a customer I want to quickly and efficiently browse through the catalog and promos. And maybe add some of the offers I like to my wishlist for later purchase»

User story 2:
«As a customer I want to be able to find specific products and, based on price, add them to my whishlist or buy them right away»
Product interactions
Variable components

For this project I designed a set of interactive components with variables. It greatly speeds up the prototyping process and helps bringing user feedback into design quicker
Color styles

For this app I designed a simple color system. Primary and secondary colors with shading for interractive elements and their states: active, inactive, hovering. Additional colors to highlight specific user interractions like success, error, like. Dark ble color with shadiing for text elements and strokes. And background colors to differenciate different elements on a grid: input fields, menu, cards etc.

According to Adobe, orange is "...fresh, youthful, and creative..." and "...It exudes positivity and vibrates happiness...". A perfect fit for a tennis app, in line with a company's mission and a direction tennis worldas a whole is branding itself into.
Typography

I chose apple's SF Pro. Neutral, flexible, sans-serif typeface. SF Pro is a great all purpose font with great legability and scalability, featring nine weghts, variable optical sizes and supporting over 150 languages
